Our Large polystyrene balls measuring 30cm, 45cm, 60cm and 120 cm (4 ft) are manufactured on our new cutting machines - recently invented by Graham Sweet. These machines give a higher degree of accuracy and a smoother surface than previous methods and machines for cutting polystyrene balls. The machines can be adapted to cut other shapes such as tear drops and eggs. |

Designed & built this sculpture of a Molecular Structure from coated aluminium tubing and our 30cm polystyrene Balls. They engineered special sockets which were fitted to the balls to accept the tubes. The model stood some 1.5meters high. Click here for more pictures. |
