Any Size, any Font.

We are able to cut 3d polystyrene letters in any font you would like, and can also cut from your custom art work. It is worth being aware that some fonts can be very fragile when realized in 3 dimension, so we may need to make some alterations here and there.

We produce letters, logos and signs from as small as 50 mm high to over 3 meters.

Economic sizes

When we stay within our standard sizes we are able to keep the price down, and also minimise any joins in the polystyrene. Some sizes of letters can fit our standard block awkwardly, and leave us with large unfriendly off-cuts which can be hard to use up, so we try where we can to work with fonts that maximise the use of the available material.
