Studio / Workshop assistant

We're looking for Studio/Workshop Assistants to join us and help with our busy season until just before Christmas 2024. This is a casual, zero-hours position, offering between 0-40 hours per week depending on our workload and your availability. Pay is above minimum wage.

You'll be part of a nationally recognized firm established over 52 years ago, serving top high street stores, film companies, set designers, and more.

Ideally, you'll have GCSE Art/Product Design or equivalent experience, and basic painting skills. Experience in carpentry or sculpture is a plus but not required. In this role, you'll keep our studio and warehouse clean and tidy, pack and prepare orders, assist in production and painting, and handle occasional basic admin tasks. We're looking for practical, organized individuals who can use hand tools, follow instructions, and have a flexible approach to work.

Located north of Cardiff centre, near Tesco Extra, McDonald's, and KFC, we offer casual dress, a flexible schedule, on-site parking, and a supportive work environment.


This opportunity will remain open from now until around the end of October. We anticipate needing varying numbers of assistants throughout this period, so positions may be filled gradually.
